MY REVIEW

5 "You are the sine to my cosine" STARS!
Dating-ish is surprisingly refreshing, extraordinary and hilariously awesome.

I love everything about this book and Penny Reid as usual delivered a perfect jewel. It is very witty, exciting and I had a really good time savouring every pages.

Matthew Simmons or Matt is not your typical
hero as he seems a bit unique, or maybe odd sometimes with the way he speaks and also maybe the way he is dressed. Nevertheless, there is this charm to him that I like right away from the start. And OMG, his nerdy jokes are ridiculously hilarious. I love it!

Now let's talk about Marie, she is super loveable and totally great. I like that she is very kind, compassionate and always seems to be helping people and yet she is also really brave and adventurous. She can be a little bit craaazy sometimes expecially at going the extra mile to get her work done and I admire her for her bravery. Most of all, I loveeee how she is a great cook and Matt being a food lover is seriously perfect.

All that being said, I think Matt and Marie is perfect for each other and I enjoy reading their story. It was definitely one of my top favourite love story and I highly recommend it. Totally worth reading and believe me if I say you wouldn't want to miss out on this one. :)

BLURB
Dating-ish' can be read as a standalone, is a full length 100k word novel, and is book #6 in the Knitting in the City Series.

There are three things you need to know about Marie Harris: 1) She's fed up with online dating, 2) She's so fed up, she's willing to forego the annoyance and consider more creative alternatives, and 3) She knows how to knit.
After the most bizarre and irritating first date in the history of humankind, Marie is looking for an alternative to men. With the help of her friends, she quickly identifies a few possibilities:
Need a cuddle? Use a professional cuddler. Need affirmation? Get yourself a life coach. Need an orgasm? Try orgasm meditation! Why does she need the hassle of a romantic partner when she can meet all her needs with paid services?
But then her irritating date resurfaces. And he's not at all the person she thought he was. And he suggests a different--and crazier--solution to her dilemma . . .
As everyone knows (or will soon come to realize), traditional relations between humans are a thing of the past. Robots are our future. And if robots are our future, then why do we need other people at all?
